MEDFORD, Ore. — The 22nd Annual Festival of Trees is already a big success. More than $80,000 was raised at the Providence Community Health Foundation auction on Wednesday night.
The Lego tree designed by a 9-year-old participant went for $4,100, more than the tree that included a five day trip to Disneyland.
The money will go toward a new robotic surgery unit that will allow the hospital to do more minimally invasive surgeries. The public viewing runs tomorrow through Sunday.
Adults get in for $5, children and seniors get in for $3. It’s all happening at the Medford Armory.
