NEAR GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A 20-year old Josephine County woman is dead following a rollover crash on a mountain road near Grants Pass on Sunday.
A spokesman for Rural-Metro Fire Department says their crews and Sheriff Gil Gilbertson responded to the accident on Granite Hill Road.
Sabrina Kasiah was thrown from a vehicle that rolled over, and was found by searchers already dead. The accident was reported about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.
The driver, 20-year old Casey Payne, was taken to Three Rivers Hospital. There were four others in the car uninjured. The Grants Pass Courier quotes Sheriff Gil Gilbertson saying alcohol was likely a factor in the crash.

There were NO sheriff’s at the scene. Budget cuts, it was referred to OSP for further investigation. It was a tragic accidents. A bunch of kids out on a weekend night made a bad choice.
