I was just wondering if this isn’t because of icy roads or weather condition and not intoxicants was this intentional. What is this world coming to

    1. Ginny says:

It don’t think it matters how it happened, intentional or not someone lost their life. My prayers go out to the young man’s family, as well as to the driver of the car. It is going to be a tough road for everyone involved.
