Famous Oregon Wolf Returns

KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. — What some are calling the world’s most famous wolf is now back in Oregon.

For the past year, the wolf called “OR-7″, or “Journey”, has been in California and most recently in Siskiyou County, but on Tuesday night, crossed back into Oregon in Klamath County.

Journey gained massive worldwide fame when he was equipped with a radio tracking collar by ODFW, and began a 3,000 mile exodus.

According to wildlife officials, Journey may cross back again into California and continue to use areas in both states.
