With a few easy changes in your own home kitchen, you can make sure you’re preparing food that’s low in sodium but still super tasty. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes are FREE, however, we ask you bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank.
