Learn the basics of water bath canning, from cleanliness to produce selection to correct procedures. We’ll demonstrate strawberry jam from ripe local berries, canned pitted cherries, and marionberry pie filling using Clear-jel, a special corn starch developed just for canning. Enjoy tasty samples and take home recipes and tips to help you fill your pantry!
