CENTRAL POINT, Ore. — The first in a series of electric car fast-charging stations set for Southern Oregon is almost complete.
The Central Point station is expected to be finished this week. Aerovironment says its still not sure when it will go online.
The Oregon Department of Transportation’s plan puts 8 fast-charging stations between Eugene and the California border. The station will be part of a ‘”green highway”, allowing electric cars to drive the West Coast.
