GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A woman is sent to the hospital after she rolls her car several times before coming to a stop.
Wednesday afternoon, Oregon State Police troopers were called near mile post 50 on Interstate 5. Several concerned drivers reported seeing a woman in a pick-up truck swerving and driving.
An OSP trooper says she lost control of her vehicle and rolled several times before coming to a stop. They say she is most likely on drugs or alcohol. She was sent to the hospital.
“Unfortunately, we try to educate the public regarding impairment with alcohol or drugs they’re obviously totally illegal. But this is what you get when you make bad choices,” said Oregon State Police Senior Trooper Bill Matson.
Troopers also responded to similar crash before this crash near exit 33. A man was driving while impaired. Troopers plan to continue the investigation into both crashes.
