MEDFORD, Ore. — A Medford bar and grill will pay $152,000 for demoting and cutting the pay of, then firing, an assistant manager when she became pregnant.
The decision against Gary Speaks and Cyber Center Incorporated, which operated a bar and grill in Medford, was issued on Tuesday by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries Commissioner
