Fog and low clouds near the ground caused more problems throughout the Rogue Valley. Seeding the fog to clear it near the Airport caused man-made snow that covered the roads with a coating of slick white-stuff. Elsewhere, bridges and overpasses…as well as some roads are being covered with a layer of frost we call freezing fog.
