JACKSON COUNTY, Ore. — An Eagle Point man is under arrest following a month-long deer poaching investigation.

On December 8th, Oregon State Police found a large buck shot and killed off Crow Foot Road in Jackson County. They later received a tip to search the Eagle Point home of 35-year-old Robert Martin.
