Temperatures today will be 10 to 15 degrees cooler than the last several days with mid to upper 60s for west side valleys and upper 50s and mid 60s for the east side and coast! Winds will pick up again this afternoon with gusty conditions at the coast and east side and breezy winds elsewhere. Temperatures will slowly warm into Easter weekend with mid-70s returning for the valleys and upper-60s for the east side.
A weak disturbance will move through tonight bringing a chance for isolated showers overnight into early Wednesday morning for Douglas, Coos and Curry county as well as in the Cascades. Snow levels will be around 5,500 feet tonight dropping to 4,500 feet by Wednesday morning but since it has been so warm not expecting any travel problems or snow accumulating on the roads. Through the day Wednesday high pressure will build back in ending any showers early.
Thursday another cold front will move through bringing a better chance for showers to all areas by Thursday afternoon. Dry conditions quickly return Friday into the weekend with more sunshine as well and warmer temperatures.
Thanks for logging on and have a terrific Tuesday!
