MEDFORD, Ore. — Creating a healthy home can be as easy as bringing your kids into the kitchen. Everyone from toddlers to teenagers can help with the cooking.
Sherri Sexton, a clinical dietitian at Rogue Regional Medical Center said, “It helps you to be able to spend more time with your kids. It’s a good time to compliment them, to find out how their day has gone, anything that they’re having trouble with. It’s good to be in the kitchen just elbow to elbow working together.”
Sexton was on NewsWatch 12 Midday to offer several options to get your children involved in the kitchen.
