caitlin harvey in the weather center... sunny and warm conditions continue monday to start the work week. many of us will see highs in the 70s and even 80s as we begin a strong warming trend. we could see record-breaking temperatures for inland locations wednesday and thursday. we will cool a bit by the end of the week back to seasonal temperatures as a chance of rain and thunderstorms return friday and saturday. a gale warning has been issued coastal waters of southern oregon until 11pm sunday. winds will increase to 25-35 knots, gusts up to 40 knots, with building surf up to 10-13 feet. continuing coverage tonight - thousands of puerto rican
