[g5]south medford signings-sotvo chanel - my main decision was to go to s-o-u and just playing volleyball, i didn't know if it would happen, but as soon as i talked to the coach, he's known me for years and he told me it's always been an unspoken thing, but he knew one day it would happen and that's really exciting. she was joined by kirsten reed, a golfer, hayle mehl and courtney herick, soccer players...all of whom are going to oregon tech...we will have more on them at 11... her volleyball teammate, megan davis, is headed to umpqua community college after only recently realizing college volleyball was a goal and a possibility. megan - i never thought i had the skill set, just because my position was such a hard position to earn a college spot on, but since i switched to setter, i really started seeing myself improving in more than one way, so i felt that if i wanted it, i could get it. so, i wanted it, and i got it. after a dominant week, which was capped by a walk-off grand slam against college of idaho...oregon
