MEDFORD -- After a decorated career at Cascade Christian, star wide receiver Ben Dunn will continue his collegiate career at Southern Oregon University. He will join an already loaded offense in Ashland, although the Raiders' quarterback situation is uncertain.
Dunn is a tall, big-play receiver that helped stretch the field for the Challengers on the way to their 2017 3A state championship. He was quarterback Haiden Schaan's favorite target throughout each of their careers.
Dunn will officially sign with the Raiders on Wednesday morning, which is when you can expect several other local football players to announce where they're headed to college. It is National Signing Day. It is the first day athletes can sign a National Letter of Intent that binds them to the school of their choice.
Newswatch 12 Sports will have more information about this story, including Dunn's decision making process that led him to SOU, in the coming days.
