Two Suspects Arrested in Elementary School Burglary

Jason James Luthi, 37, and Megan Justina Bobb, 29, both of Ruch, were lodged in jail on November 21, 2017, on burglary and theft charges.

RUCH, Ore. -- The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has arrested two people accused of burglarizing an elementary school.

Back in October, authorities asked for help identifying suspects seen on surveillance video during burglaries at Ruch Elementary School. The burglaries to the school occurred on September 25 and October 1. This week, detectives arrested both suspects.

The suspsects have been identified as 37-year-old Jason James Luthi and 29-year-old Megan Justina Bobb, both from Ruch. They were taken to jail on burglary and theft charges. 

Detectives believe Luthi and Bobb have been involved in additional crimes in the Ruch area in recent months. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the JCSO tip line at 541-774-8333.
