MEDFORD, Ore. -- The Medford Police Department arrested 21-year-old Hunter Marlow this week. Police said he is suspected of being involved in one of the Medford drive-by shootings in November.
Medford Police said Marlow was released from prison a few months ago after serving time for a previous drive-by in 2014.
Police said Marlow is suspected of being involved in the non-fatal drive-by shooting on Dakota Street where an occupied home was struck several times but no one was hit. The Medford Police Department said officers were able to get enough evidence this week to charge Marlow.
Two suspects have now been arrested. Santiago Loveland is the other suspect who was arrested the same week as that drive-by. Police believe Santiago and Marlow acted together to do the shooting.
The other drive-by shooting that happened in the same week was fatal. Christian Barajas was killed. Policed said that shooting remains unsolved. Police do no think Marlow and Loveland are involved with that fatal shooting.
