Thin Mint Popcorn

Ingredients:

6 c popped popcorn
1 c white chocolate chips
5 drops green food coloring
Thin mint Girl Scout cookies 

Instructions: 

Melt chips in the microwave for 45 seconds (or until melted)
Add food coloring and stir
Drizzle mixture over popcorn and stir
Crush a sleeve of thin mint cookies, add and stir
Pour onto parchment paper and let popcorn sit for about 30 minutes
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
