Easy Mushroom Pasta

Easy Mushroom Pasta & Cheese (3 adults)

INGREDIENTS: 

1 box of Sherry’s Pasta Sourdough Spaghettoni Pasta

½ cup of butter

1 cup of chicken broth or red wine 

Assorted mushrooms from Mushrooms all Year

2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

By George hard cheese

1 cup whipping cream 

DIRECTIONS: 

Boil water in a medium saucepan. 

In fry pan, melt butter and add cut up mushrooms to bite size. 

Add 1 cup of chicken broth or red wine. Simmer untill mushrooms are tender and reduced. 

Fluff pasta and add to boiling water and time 2 minutes. 

Drain pasta and add back to saucepan and put back on hot burner. 

Add grated cheese and 1 cup of whipping cream mix up and then add mushroom sauce and stir. 

Pour into large bowl and garnish with By George hard cheese.

Serve up and Eat.
