Cream 9 oz room temperature butter (unsalted)
Add 1 C of sugar, two eggs
Next, add flour
Once finished, add mixture to plastic wrap and flatten into a disc
Chill overnight or at least a couple of hours
Roll and place pieces into a tart shell
Freeze and fill with cream and fresh fruit (or pre-bake at 350 degrees)
