2 Bunches of organic kale

Preheat oven to lowest temperature (between 120-170 degrees)

De-stem the kale

Put into a bowl and add olive oil over the top of the kale

Add touch of salt (add to taste)

(Optional) add pepper or any other seasoning

Knead the kale for two-three minutes -- blending the seasoning and olive oil into the kale

Then place kale on a cookie sheet or any other pan, place in oven for 4-6 hours (yes, hours)

Keep an eye on them and make sure they come out crunchy (just like a chip)
