PHOENIX, Ore. — Confusion and frustration off the field in the ranks of the Rogue Valley Pop Warner Football League.
Parents of the Phoenix-based team are considering their options after the league said their kids would be on the sidelines looking on as the league heads to playoffs. Parents met Thursday night at the Phoenix High School football field to consider their options.
Parents of the Phoenix team members said the didn’t have all the information they needed when they disagreed with a league decision ending their team’s season. Now that they have clarification, the parents are hoping the disappointment their team is dealing with will never be a problem for any other Pop Warner players.
