A weak cold front will bring a few showers to the Coastline and Cascades this afternoon, but a strong area of intensification in the Pacific Ocean will cause the zone of low pressure to become filled with rain and showers on Thursday and most of Friday.
Rain will develop on the Coast Wednesday night and continue on Thursday, with the latest information indicating rain may persist for several hours, even in the Rogue Valley, before turning to showers Thursday night and half of the day on Friday.
Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid 70′s, but will drop by 10 degrees into the mid
60′s on Thursday. Highs will be seasonal in the low 70′s, as skies become partly cloudy for the weekend.
