Clear skies tonight and an inversion will lead to one of the coldest nights so far this season with mid to upper 30s for west side valleys, upper 20s and low 30s for the Shasta Valley and low to mid 20s on the east side with some colder spots dipping into the teens by tomorrow morning. These cold temperatures have caused the National Weather Service to issue Frost advisories for the Rogue, Illinios and Applegate Valleys and a Freeze Warning for the Shasta Valley.
We’ll see temperatures warm quickly tomorrow after the cold start with plenty of sunshine across the entire region. Highs will still remain well below normal but warmer than the last two days. We’ll see this pattern of cold mornings and mild afternoons through Sunday with highs climbing near normal by next week.
