South Medford earned a first round playoff win over North Salem, winning 78-60. Eagle Point also advanced to the round of 16 with a 55-44 win over Springfield. The North Medford boys, Crater boys and Eagle Point girls all were eliminated on Tuesday.

MEDFORD, Ore. – South Medford took an early lead and never looked back, beating North Medford 62-51 on Tuesday night. It was the Panthers third win in as many tries against the Black Tornado this season. The win, paired with a Roseburg loss gave South a two game lead in the 6A Southern Oregon Conference.
