Second Body Identified in Monica Case

MEDFORD, Ore. — The second body has been identified in the Susan Monica murder case, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday. According to a news release, the Oregon State Police Crime Lab identified the remains as 59-year-old Stephen Frank Delicino of Wimer. Sams Valley Elementary Closed Wednesday

Sams Valley, Ore.– Sams Valley Elementary will be closed Wednesday for everyone on campus. School officials said a staff member came down with an unexplained illness. They said there is not a public health concern, and closing the school is only a precautionary measure to clean the school. School is expected to resume Thursday, May 22nd.
