CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) is a 30 day program where participants learn how to make diet and lifestyle changes that are necessary in order to reverse, normalize or prevent the following diseases: Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, Type II Diabetes, High Cholesterol, and Obesity. Updated information will be presented. Before and after blood draws and health screenings let you see the difference that YOU can make in just 30 days!

CHIP offers participants the complete education desired in order to make wise lifestyle changes. It’s easy to tell people they need to make lifestyle changes, but accomplishing that is no easy task. Participants will understand how their body works and how the foods they eat affect their body; CHIP sessions take that next step and show the tools needed to enjoy a healthy life.

The CHIP sessions are four evenings a week for four weeks with video presentations by the dynamic health lecturer, Dr. Hans Diehl, DrHSc, MPH. He is the founder of CHIP and a pioneer in lifestyle medicine. In addition, several respected local doctors will also be presenting during the CHIP program, including: Brad Personius, MD (Cardiologist).

CHIP also offers heart healthy meal samples each evening, all-new reference materials, monthly alumni meetings and a graduation banquet for family and friends.
