Mobile Madness Cell Phone Repair is teaming up with Maslow Project to raise supplies & funds for the Holiday Season. Donations of hygiene & school supplies, food & clothes can be dropped off at Mobile Madness all month. Cash donations will also be accepted, or you can visit Maslowproject.com to make donations and to see a list of needed supplies.

Mobile Madness is located at Fred Meyer North on Hwy 62, just off exit 30 of I-5.

Southern Oregon’s Most Festive Holiday 5K // Time to do a little thrift store shopping! December 20, 2014 is the 2nd Annual Medford Ugly Sweater 5K Run/Walk. It is a great opportunity for all ages to get a workout while sporting this season’s ugliest sweaters. A portion of the proceeds will be going to the JCFPA, who is our official charity of choice. Devices such as the 4G LTE iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S 5 can help simplify and enhance our lives, and U.S. Cellular wants to show Medford residents the tips and tricks of using these devices to the fullest.

U.S. Cellular wants to show Medford residents all that these devices are capable of so they are able to use them to the fullest.

 

On December 20, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. at 1750 Delta Waters Road U.S. Cellular is offering a free Device Workshop where current or potential smartphone users can ask questions and learn about any device they are interested in. The workshop is open to everyone, and you don’t have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.

Experience a Victorian Christmas at Jacksonville’s Historic Beekman House!

Throughout December, costumed docents share the origins of popular Christmas traditions and Beekman family holiday festivities in the late 1800s.  Find the good luck German pickle ornament on the Christmas tree; sing a Christmas carol; steal a kiss under the mistletoe; hear about presents the Beekman’s exchanged; AND be sure to sample one of Mrs. Beekman’s sugar cookies! Plus, during the first three weekends we’re hosting Mrs. Beekman’s Christmas Bazaar. Surprise your family and friends with a unique gift. So much to choose from – old-fashioned toys, crafts, collectibles, holiday items, popular Victorian era gifts and much more, thanks to generous community donors. Bazaar admission is FREE.  Tours: every 15 minutes, 11am-3pm; every weekend in December, beginning December 6. 470 E. California Street, Jacksonville, OR.
