Bryant Fire at 1,250 Acres

Bryant_Fire_06-19-14_Kellie_Carlsen_4NEAR KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Forestry reports the Bryant Fire burning east of Klamath Falls in the Klamath-Lake District is 1,250 acres and 5%┬ácontained.

An ODF fire team took over management of the firefighting effort Friday afternoon. ODF has numerous ground and air resources at the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The incident command post is located in the Bonanza School in the community of Bonanza.
