JACKSONVILLE, Ore. — The Britt Festival Rock Camp continues this week; it is the third year in a row for this camp.
Britt hopes to inspire artists, offering training and direction to get their creative minds flowing. This year a record number of people enrolled in the rock camp.
It is led by the L.A. independent band, Raining Jane. They will spend five days teaching song writing, instrument instruction and band dynamics.
“Each one of the students becomes a member of a band and then they actually have to write perform and compose an original piece,” said Britt Festival Executive Director Donna Briggs
The participants will perform Saturday June 22 at 5 p.m. they will be at the Ronky Tonk Bar and Grill in downtown Medford.
