Brady Adams Honored

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A Grants Pass man is being honored for decades of helping the community.

Brady Adams is being celebrated by Evergreen Federal Bank this Saturday at Riverside Park. A bronze sculpture of Adams will be unveiled at the ceremony.

Adams is being honored for his part in dozens of community projects that have raised thousands of dollars for non-profit groups in Grants Pass. Most recently in June, Adams walked from Grants Pass to Ashland to raise awareness for wheelchair-accessible playgrounds.

Just read about the sculpture – most deserved. I have to say you are one of the most genuine people I have ever known. Your advice in regards to my family member in regards to his affliction has been most helpful – even though he wasn’t comfortable contacting you – it helped more than you can ever know.

Brady – you are a true hero to Grants Pass, Oregon, and to this country. I truly enjoyed playing cards with you and hearing your exploits. Best of wishes from Vicky and Steven Haight.
