(CNN) — A federal grand jury has indicted Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings.
The 30-counts accuse Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, and his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev, of using weapons of mass destruction and killing four people.
Three people died in the marathon bombing. The brothers are also accused of killing an MIT campus officer.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev died in a gunfight with authorities. 19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found hiding in a boat. He will be arraigned on July 10th in the U.S. District Court in Boston.
