Big Turnout For Gun Appreciation Rally

CENTRAL POINT, Ore. — Event organizers say hundreds of people showed up for a rally outside of a Welburn’s Weapons in White City for “Gun Appreciation Day.”

“They’re afraid of what they might do to our second amendment rights, but they’re proud owners, and that’s what I wanted to do was have them show up today,” said owner of Welburn’s Weapons, Terry Welburn.

People at the rally came out to show appreciation for guns, the second amendment and also to show support for local gun businesses. A Bush Master Rifle was raffled off for the chance to be purchased at the price before the demand for the gun recently spiked.
