Biography

Chris Leone joined the NewsWatch 12 team as the Sports Director in October of 2010. Chris grew up in the Northeast and graduated from Syracuse University in 2008 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. After college, he spent two years as the Weekend Sports Anchor at KEVN in Rapid City, South Dakota. In his time both at SU and in Rapid City, Chris covered everything from Division I basketball to minor league hockey and rodeo. When he’s not at work, Chris enjoys playing tennis and watching college football and basketball.
