A cold front will bring moderate to heavy rain over the next couple of hours before showers become lighter and more scattered overnight tonight. Wind will peak tonight into Thursday morning and ease up through the day as the disturbance moves out of the region. Several Wind Adivsories and High Wind Warnings are in effect for the coast, Rogue and Shasta Valleys and the east side of the Cascades, you can find more details on these on my Facebook and Twitter pages.
Friday and Saturday will quite days with winds picking back up Saturday afternoon as the next disturbances approaches brining more rain to the coast by Saturday afternoon. Most inland areas won’t see the rain arrive until overnight Saturday with rain Sunday into early Monday. Snow levels with the next system look to remain above pass level at this time and temperatures will stay quite mild. Then quiet sunny weather returns for midweek!
Thanks for logging on and have a great evening!
