A 13-year-old Medford boy is now banned from a city park for 30 days and has been cited by police.
After a video was posted online showing the young teen harassing a homeless person known by many as “Downtown Dan”, Medford Police began a criminal investigation and determined the boy should be cited for disorderly conduct.
The case has been given to Jackson County Community Juvenile Justice.
