MEDFORD, Ore. — Thousands of seniors across Southern Oregon are now equipped with everything from eye drop samples to healthcare pamphlets. That’s because today was the 26th annual ACCESS Senior Fair.
It didn’t take long for the Medford Armory to fill up with seniors looking for information about everything from health care to living facilities to recreational organizations. Organizers expected up to 4,000 seniors at the event. The seniors say they attend the fair year after year.
NewsWatch 12 anchors and reporters were also part of the fair calling bingo. All of the food and money donated for admission will go toward helping seniors in need.
