Man Arrested for Suspicious Behavior

Police Pursuit GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A Grants Pass man was arrested Thursday morning after showing up at the Josephine County Courthouse with two large black bags.

Grants Pass police say 35-year-old Bryan Thompson brought two air soft rifles to the courthouse because he had a stalking order.

He said he dressed in camo and had the air soft rifles because he was trying to prove he was a veteran, according to police.

He’s currently facing a charge of disorderly conduct. He’s being evaluated by mental health expert.
